Welcome to Intagsgatan 9A

Small living spaces can be so charming and cosy. This airy, light-flooded apartment of only 62 sqm (why need more?) is situated in a friendly and calm area of Gothenburg, in an 1937 building designed by renowned Swedish architect Gotthard Ålander. It was partly renovated before putting it up for sale on the pages of the realtor and is now waiting for a new owner. Wish I had the funds for it …

It’s very simple, but that is exactly why I like it. The choice of black flooring was an excellent idea and the pretty Thonet chairs and greenery here and there add a splash of colour to the serenee and pared-back interior. And there it is again: my favourite Söderhamn sofa from Ikea. Let’s take the tour.
