A Light And Spacious Apartment In Vasastan

I’m afraid I have bad news with regard to this fantastic space I chanced upon on the site of Swedish realtor Wendell Mäkleri & Styling. I’s sold already. No wonder why. It’s in the best area of Stockholm, right in the middle of Vasastan and the popular shopping street Drottninggatan.

The building dates back to 1929 and the apartment has all the original features, except that a little contemporary touch has been added to it to match the needs of modern era. I like the way the radiators are hidden and the sliding door between the living room and the kitchen/dining space provides an almost invisible division between the two spaces. It is one room, if you like, but you can also separate the two functions. Simple, minimalist, airy space. I like it. Let’s take the tour.
