Small House – Comfy Living

If you are into simple  and relaxing living spaces, you will most probably recall the “East meets North” style house of the architect couple in Bergen, shown here on the blog a couple of weeks ago.

I have become an avid follower of their housing projects and being crazy about small architecture, small space living and inventive solutions in terms of reduced-size homes (less is more, right?), I found one of their loveliest projects, a 62 sqm house for a mom and her kid, built in 2014, west of the Oslo fjord.

A large surface of the house faces south, letting lots of sunshine in and thus considerably reducing the monthly expenses of this home to less than the cost of an apartment of similar size. And the views are amazing! Wish I could see a few pictures of this place in summertime. What more can I add? I would love to live in a house like this.
