I have been a huge fan of interior design since time immemorial.
But it was only a few years back when I found my real calling. I bought a dilapidated house and with blood, sweat and tears, I turned it into a pretty Scandinavian style abode and decorated it with lots of good and practical stuff from Ikea. You know the red and white houses along the coastline of Scandinavia, don’t you? Now, I had something similar. And I think that the house and those years have craved the path to my future. The kitchen was my favourite spot. I enjoyed cooking and I still do and I am crazy about stylish kitchenware. I prefer a minimalist style and I am convinced that less is more. I don’t really like packing my home with lots of stuff. Instead, I have a few pieces, the needed ones. This is how I stumbled across the Nordic Sea range by Danish brand Broste Copenhagen. I love the organic design and texture of these products, but never actually had one in my own household, though I had a few of them in my Nordic lifestyle store some time later.
I have been following the brand’s collections ever since and was genuinely relieved that the Nordic range has not only become one of their best-selling items, but it was enhanced with new tones, like Nordic Coal. Love it. Let’s see what else is new in the house of Broste CPH.
