Industrial spaces are slowly but surely becoming first-priority dream homes for me. Yet, I am also fond of small spaces, where I can snuggle and cuddle and feel warm and everything is at a hand’s reach. I wonder if there is a combination of these two. Hard to imagine though. Perhaps a small, modern, open space prefab would do. … I am going back to bed and continue dreaming. 🙂
Today’s post is somewhat special. Special with regard to the location of this home. It is an industrial loft, a living space in a former warehouse designed by Hong Kong-based architects Lim+Lu.
They say, minimalist and functional design in the Nordics and the Far East walk hand in hand. And that is so true. This remarkable living space is an unmistakable example of these two intertwining. Simplicity, functionality, minimalism, beautiful art display and lots of space are the main features of this home, with a few red details to add a little extra spice. A few decorative pieces indicate that we are somewhere in the Far East. Let’s take the tour.
